The MINDBody Relaxation Series will teach you how to make relaxation a habit in your life.  Learn to use relaxation techniques to help you shift the way you react to every type of stressful circumstance.  Stress and anxiety radically limit your ability to think clearly and recognize possible options and solutions.

In this first CD, learn the fundamentals to achieving relaxation.  Stress, depression and anxiety have both psychological and physiological effects on the body that

You've learned the basics to getting your mind to a state of relaxation - now it's time to apply those principles while expanding the focus of your relaxation to include your

body.The techniques you learn in this CD can be applied to maximize physical performance and manage pain while taking you to some of the deepest levels of relaxation possible.

You will find it easier to react to stressful situations by relaxing instead. As the series progresses, you will find it becoming easier and easier to implement relaxation instead of "negative" states of being. You will also find that as you progress with the Series, many aspects of your life will change, and in time, with practice, you will find yourself reacting calmly to situations to which you used to react with anger, fear, frustration or confusion

Month 3 takes what you have learned so far to the next level. Dr. Lawlis will teach you to use visual and auditory imagery to "de-stress" high-stress situations.

You will explore the use of Relaxation to optimize your capacities.  You will find yourself "reacting" less and taking intentional action much more regularly.
