May I order individual CDs?
Although we encourage purchases of our programs as they are presented, we are glad to accept individual CD orders. Please contact a customer care representative toll-free at 877-623-8245 or send an email to service@MINDBodySeries.com for further information.  Please note, however, that The ADD Series CDs are not packaged or available for individual sale.
May I have all CDs charged and shipped together? If so, do I save on shipping and handling fees?
Yes. Since this is not currently on online ordering option, please contact a customer care representative toll-free at 877-623-8245 or send an email to service@MINDBodySeries.com. Shipping and handling fees are reduced if an entire program is charged and shipped together. A MINDBody customer care representative will be glad to provide you with shipping and handling rates.
How are CDs shipped?
CDs are generally shipped via USPS mail, but other arrangements may be made by contacting a customer care representative toll-free at 877-623-8245 or by sending an email to service@MINDBodySeries.com.
How long will it take to get my CDs?
Although we generally request two to three weeks for delivery from the date of order placement, your CDs may be delivered sooner.  For faster delivery options, please contact a customer care representative at 877-623-8245 or email to service@MINDBodySeries.com. 
What is your return policy?

I don't like headphones. Will the CDs still work if I listen without them?
Although optimal benefits are achieved using headphones, you may successfully utilize MINDBody CDs with a standard CD player.
How will the charge appear on my credit card statement?
Orders placed before December 7, 2005 will appear as WELLNESS – Hollywood, CA.  Orders placed on or after December 7, 2005 will appear as MINDBODY SERIES - Woodland Hls, CA.
How do I change or update my credit card information?

Is it safe to order online?
Yes. MINDBody Series offers a secure Website assuring your safety.  Please ensure that the padlock at the bottom of your order page is in the locked position.  Of course, if you prefer, you may place an order with a customer care representative by calling toll-free 877-623-8245.

I live in Canada (or other country). How much are your CDs in my local currency?
Since exchange rates constantly fluctuate, we cannot advise of the exact amount in your local currency. However, you may contact your financial institution for information about current exchange rates.
Can I order more than one series at a time?
Yes. However, our current order page allows for only one series to be purchased at a time.  Upon acceptance of your first order, please then click the corresponding tab at the top of the page for your next program, select order, and proceed to complete a new transaction.
How long is each CD?
Although each CD varies in length, the average running time is between 30-45 minutes.
I am moving. How do I change my billing/shipping information?

I was charged, but didn't receive my product. What should I do?
Please contact a customer care representative toll-free at 877-623-8245 or send an email to service@MINDBodySeries.com.  We are happy to look into the shipping status of your products and rectify any discrepancy.  Remember, unless a special delivery request has been made, we do ask for two to three weeks for delivery from the date of order.
My CD is damaged. How may I obtain a replacement?
We are glad to replace any CD damaged either in transit or as a manufacturer default.  Please contact a customer care representative toll-free at 877-623-8245 or send an email to service@MINDBodySeries.com and explain the damage so we may quickly and efficiently assist you in obtaining a replacement.  If your CD has worn out or suffered damage while in your possession, please return this CD to our office with a check or credit card authorization for $4.00 to cover shipping and handling.  We will then gladly send a replacement.

How does the MINDBody Series work?
Very simply put, the MINDBody Series conditions you to reinforce behaviors that help you achieve your goals. The result is that you naturally and easily reach your goals - and once you have, it is easy to stick with them.
How is the MINDBody Series different from other meditation tapes/CDs?
Simply stated - science. The MINDBody Series implements the latest research conducted by the leaders in Imagery and Music Therapy to create a product without equal in the Wellness market.  We may need to elaborate on the science part.
Are these CDs a type of hypnosis?
No.  MINDBody CDs are strictly meditative and have no hypnotic qualities whatsoever.  Unlike some forms of hypnosis, meditation allows you remain in control at all times.
What is Imagery?
Imagery uses symbols you choose to reinforce behavior that lends itself to achieving the goals you want in life.
What are Binaural Beats?
Binaural Beats are created when two different frequencies are played simultaneously in the two ears, creating a third frequency in the brain. This third frequency matches the various states of consciousness - from wide awake, to deep trance. Binaural beats can therefore be used to elicit specific conscious states in the listener.
 
Relaxation and Weight Wellness FAQ's
Is the first CD of the Weight Wellness Series the same as the first CD of the Relaxation Series?
No, they are very different. The Weight Wellness Series' "Imagery for Relaxation" focuses on relaxation as it applies to weight management whereas The Relaxation Series’ "Imagery for General Relaxation" takes a broader look at relaxation training.
My CD "Imagery for General Relaxation" didn't come with the concentric circle Dr. Lawlis talks about. Where can I find this circle?
The blue and yellow concentric circle is located inside the front cover of the CD jewel case.

What is ADD? What is ADHD?
ADD is Attention Deficit Disorder and ADHD is Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder – both refer to a condition in which the attention span is shorter than that of an average person.  ADHD additionally contains the symptom of hyperactivity as well as inattention.  It is important for you to consult with a specialist in this field in order to determine whether or not you or your child has either of these disorders.
How is ADD/ADHD diagnosed?
Any medical condition must be diagnosed by a qualified medical professional such as a psychotherapist, psychiatrist, or medical doctor specializing in these disorders.  Many times caretakers and teachers may observe symptoms, which should then be confirmed by a qualified medical professional.
Are there different types of ADD/ADHD?
No, but as with many disorders, there are varying degrees of seriousness.
Can someone diagnosed with ADHD benefit from The ADD Series, too?
Absolutely.  ADHD has the symptoms of ADD with the addition of hyperactivity.  The ADD Series provides solutions and techniques that will help both disorders.
How old does my child need to be to benefit from this program?
If your child has been diagnosed with ADD/ADHD, and if they are too young to listen to the program themselves, your child will still benefit by you listening to the program, gaining the knowledge and applying it.  It is even advantageous for your child to hear it, and when they are able to understand it, the material will be familiar to them.

Absolutely. This program may be used as an addition to any medication that is prescribed.
Can this program be used as an alternative to medication?
Yes, but only once you have consulted with your specialist and the two of you distinguish the program is a good source of treatment. There are many alternatives available to treating these disorders other than medication, such as this program, psychotherapy, behavioral therapy and diet.

The Sleep Induction CD included with the ADD Series is specifically designed for use by those with ADD or ADHD.   For people not clinically diagnosed with ADD/ADHD, please use the Relaxation Series or the Sleep Series.
